Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
IQAC was established at RGUKT in 2017. Ever since its establishment, RGUKT has been reviewing the academic activities including student induction programme, curriculum review, programme delivery review, faculty development and student performance.
The IQAC Committee is formed and approved by the Governing Body to oversee Quality Assurance strategies and processes. RGUKT is committed to continually improving infrastructure, enhancing faculty competencies, and empowering students for self-learning.
Reviewing of the quality policy is done once every semester, with revisions made as and when required. Parameters related to enhancing institutional quality — such as workshops, conferences, FDPs, paper publications, and innovations in teaching — are considered after IQAC Committee approval.
Notable activities organised by IQAC for faculty development include: English communication skills, yoga, professional behaviour workshops, aptitude training, training for labs, and training on Outcome-Based Education.
